Customized Products
Most products offered by Fashion Print & Design are custom-designed, printed, or manufactured according to customer specifications.
Therefore, customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are generally non-refundable unless:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The item received is incorrect.
- There is a manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
Refund Approval
After reviewing the claim, we may:
- Issue a replacement product
- Issue a full or partial refund
- Provide store credit
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Slight color variations due to screen settings
